The menu is designed with the selection of chickpeas, oatmeal and various grains (such as tempeh, quinoa, chia, brown rice), nut milk and grains milk, which are freshly made daily, free range eggs and non-toxic fruits and vegetables that provide amino acids, vitamins and minerals that facilitate efficient absorption of protein into the body and reduce the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and fat embolism, compared to protein consumption from meat.

Unfortunately, no. But we promise it’s for good reason!

All of The Living Library meals, cakes and pastries are made fresh — they are not frozen or stored for days. It’s our commitment to ensuring we deliver on our promise of wholesome, fresh meals that we need a little extra time than other meal-delivery companies to cook just what you’ve ordered!

You are able to have next-day delivery or pick up of your items, as long as you place your order by 1pm the day prior.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Along with convenient delivery, we offer pick up for your ready meal orders at The Living Library.

PLEASE NOTE: On checkout, you will be prompted to enter a "shipping address". This is simply information our system needs to process your order, much like a billing address. If you have chosen to pick up, we will not ship to the address you enter.
